Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 10 business days of payment being received. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We use Australia Post MyPost Business carrier-calculated rates, so the rate displayed at checkout reflects the actual cost for your selected service.

United States Deliveries

We ship to the United States via Australia Post international services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected service level. Delivery times vary depending on the service chosen and are not guaranteed — please refer to Australia Post's current international service guides for indicative transit times.

Please note that orders shipped to the United States may be subject to US customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost collected at checkout. Paddock Lane Designs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Tracking
